Users express high satisfaction for FATCA reporting services

Following the end of the first year of reporting under US FATCA Fusion undertook a survey of the users of the bureau service. The questions covered all aspects of the service - our customer service representatives performance, the convenience of the service, the usefulness of the documentation and the overall satisfaction.
Responses were consistently in the positive and most positive range of the responses available. We also collected feedback on potential enhancements to the software which have been assimilated into our plans for our 2016 release of software.
As well as responses to specific questions respoders were invited to leave comments, here's two of the responses:
- Very helpful and efficient service. We would definitely recommend Flyingboat and are looking to use the system again for subsequent reporting.
- I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your bureau service
